I love that you and Ryan have a system set between the two of you. I’ve watched AA vlogs with helpers but they don’t seem to be as organized as you, even if it’s between family members, significant others, or best friends. I love the support you guys give each other.
Snacks! Granola bars, fruit, nuts will get me through if the food choices at the show are limited or I just don't have time to eat an actual meal. Anything not messy, portable and quick to eat is my go to!
My top items are this: Battery pack, Snacks (granola bars, cheez itz pop tarts) a cooler full if water with electrolytes, batteries and battery powered fans, a change of shoes, first aid kit, my own tool box, sometimes I bring a blue tooth speaker. Music normally attracts people and it makes them stop and look. I would love a video on what is in your tool box and make it like a breakdown video
For my stickers I usually bring however many I have on hand, but make sure to over stock for popular designs. I’ll need to make a video talking about inventory!
Has any one had to forgo scissors coming into a convention venue because security says no? I’m always worried about that especially since they have to check your inventory coming into the venue (For example anime expo)
I haven’t had anyone ever search my toolbox or any of my bins I bring into artist alley! Honestly I try to avoid cons that do this, because I’m already paying out the nose to sell at the event, I don’t want to be hassled by security.

OMG YES SEAT CUSHIONS!! Coming from someone who works a desk job - they are just so game changing. Now i need to invest in a standing mat 👀
The standing mat was the best purchase honestly

I should make a video of me cleaning out my toolbox so you guys can see what I actually consistently use 😂
How much inventory do you bring? For example to you bring 20, 50, 100 of each sticker?
